A. Yes, our online inventory is directly linked to our store inventory. However, there are a multitude of items we sell in store which will not be listed online. If you have any inquiries, please email or call us. |

A. No, sorry. Due to restrictions shipping alcohol, we are not able to ship outside US. |

A. We will take back any bad bottles within 30 days of purchase (free of charge). Please understand that due to storage issues and also obtaining credit from our suppliers, we cannot accept any returns after that period of time. |
Q. I missed my FedEx delivery. What do I do now? |

A. Please contact FedEx or us immediately to make further arrangements to receive the package. Please understand once the package is returned to us, additional fees are required to re-ship your order. |
Q. Do you offer case discount? |

A. Yes, we offer 10% case discount (solid or mixed) on all non-sale items. If you see a product listed with a regular price and a sale price, that item does not qualify for further discount. All items with a price ending in .98 or .09 are sale items and they do not qualify for case discount. |
Q. How long does it take for my order to be shipped? |

A. We process and ship all online orders placed before noon on the same day they are received. Orders placed on weekends or afternoon will be processed and shipped the next business day. If there is a problem with inventory, you will be contacted as soon as possible via phone or email to inform you regarding any issues with the order. We will not make substitutions without your approval. |

Q. Why can't I use a PO BOX address? |

A. Because your package contains alcohol, a person of age 21 or older must sign for delivery. FedEx will not deliver alcohol to a PO Box address. |
