Aromas of ripe black cherries, baked blueberries, violets, dried orange zest and walnuts. It’s medium-bodied with rounded, ripe tannins. Concentrated and polished with a long, caressing finish. Drink or hold.
Wine Advocate: 91 Points
The 2019 Signature Malbec was produced with grapes from an old vineyard in La Consulta in the Valle de Uco. The medium to full-bodied wine has a classical profile, and it had a classical vinification and élevage. It was vinified in small tanks with less extraction and with only 80% of the volume aged in used oak barrels. 60,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2020.
